There is a multitude of incentive programs that target expansion, relocation, new hires, and others which enable business growth across each borough.

Relocation Employment Assistance Program (REAP): Relocation credit against New York City business income tax worth up to $3,000 per qualified employee year for 12 years. See the NYC Incentives Guide for more information.
Energy Cost Savings Program (ECSP): Businesses that are relocating may receive up to 12 years of electricity and gas discounts. Download the NYC Incentive Guide for details.
