Founded in 2002 in lower Manhattan, our team of experts navigates the maze of federal, state, and city programs for hundreds of local companies and not-for-profits in the five boroughs. We maximize clients' benefits while minimizing their time and hassle in dealing with government agencies.

Our CEO, Ann Kayman, a lawyer with 23 years of experience, served as chief of Business Development for the City of New York as Senior Vice President of the New York City Economic Development Corporation. She led a team of people responsible for attracting record numbers of businesses to New York during the Giuliani Administration.
